Emmerdale: Jimmy Plans On Accusing Cathy Of Killing Heath
Emmerdale aired Heath Hope’s funeral last week. The funeral day revealed a huge mystery regarding Heath Hope’s death. Angelica broke down into tears in front of her mother, confessing that she was the one driving when the car crashed. Up until this point, Cathy suffered the wrath of her father as she was singled out for blame. Initially, Nicola and Jimmy tried to keep the secret within the family. But later, Angelica saw her father struggling with the guilt and made a public confession.
After the teen was taken to the Emmerdale police station, the Kings have already started plotting to save her. Jimmy advises Angelica to lie and draw up Cathy instead. However, Nicola suggested that it could turn out worse, but Jimmy was firm that Angel’s three-year sentencing wouldn’t bring Heath back. Nicola tries to convince him by making him recall the time when he killed Paul, and hence, he understands guilt more than anyone. She said, ‘“You nearly had a breakdown. And Angel’s a child – even more vulnerable and confused.” Nicola even highlighted that if it’s not their daughter, then it’s Cathy who they are sending to Emmerdale prison instead.
Nicola puts forward her idea of supporting Angelica through thick and thin. She expressed, “It will be heartbreaking and awful. But…” To which Jimmy replied, “Jimmy replied: “No buts. Our children mean everything to us, that’s what we’ve always agreed.” He makes his final statement that they will go to any extent to protect their children from harm. Is Nicola right? Will it turn out to be worse? Or is Cathy going to prison in Angelica’s place? To find out, stay tuned to the TV Season & Spoilers for more Emmerdale news updates!
