Sister Wives: Mykelti & Tony Talks About Kody’s Future Plans
In the recent past, several rumors claimed that Sister Wives star Kody Brown was trying his best to bring in new wives. Since then, viewers have been curious to know whether he plans to practice polygamy again. Hence, some fans grabbed the opportunity of asking this to the star’s daughter, Mykelti. Apparently, Mykelti and her husband run a Patreon account and often spills tea regarding the Brown family. During one of their conversations, they laughed at the thought that Kody would think of adding another wife to his family now.
Tony “heavily” doubts this idea and is “pretty 100% sure” that his father-in-law wouldn’t bring in new wives now. Moreover, Myketli explained that Kody and her “moms” are not really a part of their religion. Intially, they were a part of the Apostolic United Brethren. They got their “polygamy base” from there and believed that practicing a plural marriage system was a part of their religion. However, as per Starcasm, Mylkelti made it clear that her dad and moms are “not active” in the church and religion. Earlier as well, Kody gave a spoiler that he would be in a “monogamous” marriage in the upcoming season. He said he would continue with Robyn.
Sister Wives: Were Browns Excommunicated From Their Church?
Sister Wives Browns were a part of the Mormon fundamentalist group, which is known as Apostolic United Brethren (AUB). As per the reports, it has around 10,000 members in Montana, Arizona, Utah, Mexico, and Wyoming. This group believes that plural marriage is a crucial step that will help them achieve heaven’s highest glory. Hence, the Browns have been an advocate of polygamy and considered it to be a religious lifestyle. But now the question arises if Kody and his wives left the church on their own or if they were excommunicated from it.
As per the reports, intially, the Browns claimed that they were “kicked out” because they decided to portray their culture on national television. But it seems that there is a lot more to the story. Recently, reality TV blogger Without A Crystal Ball revealed this was just “propaganda.” According to the source, the Browns simply wanted to publicly disconnect themselves from the church. Hence, there have never been any meetings or ceremonies in which the authorities “kick out” families from the church.
However, there is a fair chance that after facing difficulties in their polygamous lifestyle, now the Browns have lost their faith in the religion. Perhaps it was Kody and his wives who decided to renounce their culture. Keep coming back to TV Season & Spoilers for all the latest Sister Wives tea.
