The Roloff Family from Little People Big World is not on the best terms with one another. It all began when LPBW stars Jeremy and Zach wanted to carry on their father’s legacy. They wanted to do so by buying a portion of Matt’s farm and wanting to live there with their families. But the patriarch was too hard to please and snubbed both their offers. Apart from his sons, his ex, Amy Roloff was also upset at him. But the latest revelations suggest that they are still business partners! Keep reading to know more details about this.
LPBW: Amy Roloff Still Running Her Business With Ex Matt Roloff Despite Property Dispute!
Amy and Matt Roloff worked very hard to make Roloff Farms what it is today. Fans found it quite commendable how they turned their farmland into a huge business venture. But at last, they divorced, and Amy ended up selling her farm portion back to her ex. Well, Jeremy and Zach were in hopes of buying that portion, i.e., the north side of the farm, back from their dad. But Matt didn’t let that happen. On top of this, Amy Roloff was also upset at her ex-husband for such a thing. She had only sold the land back to him, thinking their sons will be taking over one day.
Now, Amy Roloff’s annual report reveals that she is still in business with Matt. That’s because she has a business by the name of R Pumpkin Products, as per TheSun. Under this, they sell various eatable items like pumpkin salsa, BBQ, and other edible items. They started this venture in 2016, and the annual report revealed that the LPBW matriarch recently filed paperwork to keep the business active. Well, the fans found it very hypocritical. That’s because Amy often voiced her opinions about how wrong Matt has been for snubbing their sons. She even fought with him regarding the same on the show. But the fact that she is still in business with him appears questionable to fans.
LPBW: Amy Participates In Pumpkin Season After Matt & Zach’s Farm Feud!
In the LPBW episodes, Amy made it obvious that her support is with her son Zach. When he and Tori were not successful in buying a part of the family farm, they moved away to Washington. Zach’s mother would often visit them and say that her ex was being unfair for not selling the land to their kids. Because the feud caused so much strain in the family, Amy Roloff was unsure about participating in last year’s pumpkin season. On the other hand, Zach had already quit his job as the tour guide because of the property dispute.
The episodes depicted Amy being conflicted about whether she should work on the farm or not. She would be part of the welcoming committee, greeting the guests as they would enter the farm. But at last, Amy decided to work on the farm during pumpkin season again. That’s not all. Chris Marek also took over as the tour guide by replacing Zach. Many LPBW fans were confused by this move, as Amy stated being upset with her ex-husband for what he did to his sons. But she still worked for him at the Roloff Farms.
