90 Day Fiance: Loren Is Promoting An Alleged Scam? Slammed By Fans
The 90 Day Fiance stars Loren and Alexei have 1.4 Million and 877K followers on Instagram, respectively. Hence, they use their massive stardom to promote several brands and often conduct giveaways. Recently, the couple took to Instagram and announced a huge giveaway of Louis Vuitton items worth $2000. Both of them posted on their respective accounts and asked their viewers to take specific steps to win the challenge. As this was in partnership with BGB marketing, they asked their audience to follow its page and every account it follows. In addition, the viewers had to like the first three posts and tag their friends.
But it seems that the viewers were not at all convinced by Alexei and Loren’s so-called giveaway. Evidently, BGB marketing’s official page followed 52 other accounts, and the star couple asked their viewers to follow them. This intensified their anger, and they slammed them in the comments. A user was disappointed and claimed that Alexei and Loren would lose followers after this. Another added that these posts are predatory and are surely a scam. Others came from a person who thought that the 90 Day Fiance star couple was promoting scams for money.
90 Day Fiance: Will Loren & Alexei Have To Face Lawsuit Against This?
The 90 Day Fiance fans were quick to slam Alexei and Loren for conducting an alleged scam giveaway. Many viewers compared this to Kim Kardashian’s case, where she had a lawsuit filed against her for promoting such giveaways. A user wondered if the TLC star couple didn’t know about Kim’s case and how they hoped their followers would fall for this scam. The second one came from someone who claimed this is a ‘bunch of marketing crap,’ and Kardashians also do the same with their viewers.
Several users pointed out that the Kardashians were sued for using ‘giveaways’ in the past. As per the reports, in 2022, Kim Kardashian was sued for about $40 million. She was conducting a similar contest with Scott Disick. They claimed that the ‘lucky winner’ would get some luxury prizes. However, several participants slammed the pair and claimed the contest was a scam. But this giveaway seemed real in Loren and Alexei’s case because BGB Marketing has collaborated with many stars recently. They even had pictures of the winners in their highlights.
