Further, a particular property came up for sale, which had great pricing and was close to her current residence. Unfortunately, it went pending, which disheartened them.
Amy continued by saying that sometimes things go quickly, especially when it’s a good location, the price is right, and whatever else. Hence, the LPBW fame is quite bummed about it because, least of all, she wanted to look at it. She has high hopes and will keep looking for more. Amy and Chris have an advantage in expanding on real estate since the latter is a realtor. Several things are changing in Amy’s life; it’s like she is upgrading and trying new things.
