After the premiere of the latest episode, a massive bomb got dropped in the promo. As per the clip, Amy Slaton will finally set the record straight with her sibling, Tammy. It will happen as the younger sister plans to move out of their house. This isn’t going to go well as the latter will try to “manipulate” her, as per a Reddit post. It turns out, Amy Halterman is settling well in her new life. She is now a mother and has her own nuclear family to take care of. Moreover, her baby, Gage, is growing up too. Therefore, she made the decision to move to a new duplex house.
As per the promo, the sister is tired of her elder sibling. Even the fans have observed that the problematic cast members take people around her for granted and are least grateful for them. Hence, the Reddit comment said that the 35-year-old would try to “manipulate” her sister into not moving out. Moreover, she will also call her sibling her “best friend” and who treats a best friend that way. Despite this, the commenter felt that the morbidly obese cast member treats Amy like a “brainless slave” while continuing to “verbally” and “emotionally” abuse her”. Hence, they feel it would be suitable for the famous sister to move on with her life and shift houses.

Another thing to put into consideration is that the footage of the latest episodes is from a couple of months ago. Hence, all the fans keep track of the sisters through their show as well as their social media. Therefore, they believe the sisters have separated in real-time. It all happened when Tammy Slaton went to the hospital over carbon dioxide poisoning. Hence, she revealed in her health update video about being in a “hospital-like” space. This happened right after she could leave the hospital.
Although the cast member didn’t tell her whereabouts clearly, the fandom assumed she was in a specialized nursing facility. This probably means the 1000 Lb Sisters star hasn’t been home since November 2021 (after the poisoning).
