What Would Happen Next?
Line of Duty Season 6 Episode 1 will start off with the whole team as they investigate DCI Joanne Davidson. The latest reports suggest that they will also welcome a new member to their team. This new member will be DC Chloe Bishop and will be played by Shalom Brune Franklin. Adrian Dunbar, who plays the character of Superintendent Ted Hastings, says that the Line of Duty Season 6 Episode 1 will be a head-wreck, and they cannot wait for the audience to watch it.
Talking more about it, he says that the repercussions of the last season will play themselves out in the next season, so the landscape will entirely change. He says that he is quite in shock with where they are at the start of the season. He continued to say that things have happened in people’s lives, they have moved on, and that will affect the show in huge ways.
Trailer Out!
The trailer for the upcoming season of Line of Duty is out and sees Ted Hastings as he declares that AC-12 is looking into the force’s highest-profile investigation. There are plenty of hints that reveal that it wouldn’t be an easy case. Viewers can also see Steve Arnott declaring that “A Whole line of inquiry has been deliberately put to protect organized crimes.”
The trailer also revealed that some trouble might be coming up for Kate Fleming as well. In the final moments of the trailer, the new recruit Chloe asks Steve if he has any idea if there is a fourth man out there. To this question, he replies that it could be a man or a woman, then the shot cuts to Kate. Not just that, some very curious fans have seen a QR code on a magazine cover that briefly unlocks an easter egg. It takes viewers to a letter from Philip Osborne, the Chief Constable, to DCC Andrea Wise. So, it looks like some really great episodes are coming up.
