In the latest episode, she is seen partying with friends Rob, Ralph, and JT. She mentions that she has been going out a lot during her adult years. The TV star had no friends earlier. She was super shy about her weight, so she was always in her little bubble. However, Tammy voiced that now it’s a point where she doesn’t care what anyone thinks. She stated in the trailer that she would live however she wants, ‘I don’t care. I want to be me.’

In a health update video on TikTok, she talked about getting a Tracheostomy tube attached to her neck to breathe normally. In his confessional, he pointed out that she needs a break. He stated that he understood her health condition. However, it’s about taking a break and having a good time.
