There are possibilities that Pop might not come back for Gentefied season 2. He also has a minor role in Narco: Mexico after playing a major role in the first installment. Gentefied Season 2 might mainly focus on Ana, Erik, and Chris’ personal growth without having Pop by their side. The first of this could be figuring out how they will protect Mama Fina’s. For the rest of the show, fans can expect that these three protagonists establish a new Boyle Heights and take it to another level with the culinary legacy. They will also keep pursuing their personal goals alongside doing all of this.
